Social Tech Impact Lab - New York City
Research Lab at The New School/Parsons School of Design
Founder and Principal Investigator of the Social Tech Impact Lab, an interdisciplinary research initiative built on more than two decades of research examining the social, cultural, and behavioral impacts of digital technologies. Recent and current studies include investigations of Gen Z's AI skepticism, the long-term impact of growing up digital, and the influence of the content industry on culture.
Hinge/GEMIC, New York City
Technology - Social Networking
Served as lead researcher on Hinge's annual D.A.T.E. Report, a large-scale study examining contemporary dating attitudes, behaviors, and relationship expectations. Responsibilities included helping shape the research agenda, designing survey instruments, identifying key insights, and advising on the interpretation of findings related to emerging trends in dating culture.
Bloc.io, San Francisco (Acquired by Thinkful - Chegg, Inc.)
Technology - Education
Led research on gender disparities in the coding bootcamp sector. Combining analysis of internal data with broader research on technology education and workforce development, the project explored barriers to participation, sector-wide messaging, and opportunities to expand access. The findings informed strategic planning, program development, and organizational positioning as Bloc was preparing for a strategic merger.
Geffner Group, San Diego - Boulder
Professional Services - Management Consulting
Designed and led a time-sensitive study examining how executives and senior managers are responding to an era of overlapping economic, technological, geopolitical, and organizational disruptions. The project focused on identifying emerging leadership challenges, decision-making patterns, and strategic priorities in conditions of sustained uncertainty.

Manufacturing - Design
Collaborated on content strategy and communications initiatives for a global ergonomic design company. Work has included supporting the launch of the Humanscale Living consumer platform, developing brand and product narratives, and creating both internal and external communications materials across print and digital channels.
REOL Services, New York City - Montreal
Technology - Real Estate
Provided content strategy and editorial support for REOL Services. Work included developing content for REOL's corporate website and producing market analysis, feature articles, and guides for the company's digital publications, Market Insight and 6sqft. Projects have spanned residential real estate, urban development, architecture, housing policy, and market trends, translating complex information into accessible content for both consumer and professional audiences.

Researched and wrote feature articles on architecture, design, urban planning, and the built environment, translating expert knowledge into accessible, engaging content.
Preply, Kiev - Barcelona
Technology - Education
Supported content strategy and market positioning efforts as the company expanded into new international markets. Drawing on research into online education, language learning, and user needs, the project helped inform communications strategies designed to reach new audiences and strengthen the company's presence in the U.S. market.
